Microsoft Launches CRM Software

Microsoft India has launched a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software which aims at providing help in management and promotion of business to its users.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is very well known for it’s value driven customer relationship management solution for organizations to get more efficient and profitable.

“With customer service and loyalty becoming increasingly critical to business success, our CRM solution assists organizations place their customers at the center of all their business activities,”Microsoft India Director (Business Solutions) Sushant Dwivedy said.

In India CRM Software is largely adopted by the Insurance Sector because this is one of the widest and is closely coupled with their customers. So CRM is the basic need for them and for other marketing industries as well.

Well, Microsoft is a well known company and we Indians are almost addicts of their products (Windows XP , MS Office etc.) . The one major factor of this addiction is that Microsoft products are very user friendly. I hope this CRM 4.0 will offer the same user friendliness and also help Indian companies to increase their bussiness’ further to move out from this phase of recession.
