Microsoft India has launched a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software which aims at providing help in management and promotion of business to its users.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is very well known for it’s value driven customer relationship management solution for organizations to get more efficient and profitable.

“With customer service and loyalty becoming increasingly critical to business success, our CRM solution assists organizations place their customers at the center of all their business activities,”Microsoft India Director (Business Solutions) Sushant Dwivedy said.

In India CRM Software is largely adopted by the Insurance Sector because this is one of the widest and is closely coupled with their customers. So CRM is the basic need for them and for other marketing industries as well.

Well, Microsoft is a well known company and we Indians are almost addicts of their products (Windows XP , MS Office etc.) . The one major factor of this addiction is that Microsoft products are very user friendly. I hope this CRM 4.0 will offer the same user friendliness and also help Indian companies to increase their bussiness’ further to move out from this phase of recession.

what is Nanotechnology ?

Nanotechnology describes science of smallest tiny particles which merge together and provides a huge energy power. One nanometer is a millionth of a millimeter or about one eighty thousandth the width of a human hair. Nanomaterials can be stronger or lighter, or conduct heat or electricity in a different way. They can even change color; particles of gold can appear red, blue or gold, depending on their size. The Main Use of this technology is molecular electronics, data storage, catalysis and biotechnology. The main Sectors where these technologies were used are medical and fabricating.

Because of the opportunities nanotechnology offers in creating new features and functions, it is already providing the solutions to many long-standing medical, social and environmental problems. The word “nanotechnology” has become very popular and is used to describe many types of research where the characteristic dimensions are less than about 1,000 nanometers. In its original sense, ‘nanotechnology’ refers to the projected ability to construct items from the bottom up, using techniques and tools being developed today to make complete, high performance products.

If we go through in details there were main Four generation of Nano Technologies ,The First one is Passive Nanostructure(In the year 2000).Second One is Active nanostructure (In the year 2005).Third one is System Of nanostructure(In the year 2010) and last Fourth one is Molecular Nano system(In the year 2015).
